The Surrey Symphony Society runs 3 youth orchestras (1) Youth Orchestra, (2) Surrey Strings, and (3) Junior Strings and Chamber Music program that is involving small group of Musicians. We hold weekly rehearsal between September and May. Our Orchestras participate in the Kiwanis Music Festival. Also, we have 2 to 3 concerts for the public each year. All programs encompass the coaching of ensembles to represent our Society at public functions upon request and to take part in local festivals.
