The charity was registered effective February 24, 2016 and is in the initial start up of operations at this point, including discussions on acquiring funds and assets with the intended use for the following purposes: To further education by conducting research particularly through classroom based application into 21st century teaching methodologies utilizing recent technological advances to improve learning outcomes and to publish results thereof. To further education by establishing educational institutions dedicated to 21st century teaching methodologies to advance the education of all people, especially society's youth. To further education by collaborating with other educational institutions to identy and publicize promising education practices and to assist in the identification and development of measures to determine the effectiveness of the transfer and application of educational research into the class room.
