This society is an all breed, all age dog rescue, focused on assisting special needs dogs in Nova Scotia. Thoroughly assess, evaluate and rehabilitate with a focus on a special needs cases in order to successfully places dogs in forever homes. Operate on donations and event fundraising. We have approximately 45 volunteers (not all working at once). The number of hours worked is approximately 30 hours per week for a total of 1560 hours annually.
