Mackenzie Innovation Institutes' current transformative process methodology allows clinicians to define problem statements, which are jointly reviewed by clinical and non-clinical process stakeholders, with industry and academic partnership in order to identify new technologies or processes, often disruptive in nature that can more effectively solve healthcare problem statements. LEAN methodology is embed within this iterative design process, and with analysis of both clinical and non-clinical project outcomes before diffusing new innovations outward from the Innovation Unit. Mackenzie Innovation Institute will be a catalyst for innovation in the healhcare industry through its research, education and training while further enhancing healthcare practices, treatments, service delivery models and technologies.
