Our programs for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016 were successful in that we were able to rescue and re-home over 750 Labrador Retrievers since inception of this charity. The process of rescuing the labs and adopting them back out to wonderful families takes tremendous volunteer hours. We have a core team that includes both volunteers and foster families that participate to change the lives of these dogs in a meaningful way. New adoptive homes are found after full medical needs of every lab coming into our care have been have been met. Our mission is to continue to re-home as many Labs as we can that have been displaced. To achieve the awareness of the work we do it is imperative to have a robust informative and timely web site for families wishing to surrender or adopt Labs. We have volunteers dedicated to updating the web site daily with all dogs available for adoption and maintaining social media awareness. Our goal is to continue to educate the public on proper dog ownership to decrease the number of Labs that require our assistance.
