Provide spay/neuter programs for stray/homeless cats and kittens. Find homes for abandoned domestic animals. Provide food and shelter for homeless cats in neighbourhood shelters; provide vet care to these cats as necessary. Provide financial assistance to pet owners in hardship situations. Educate the public in caring for their pets and in sustaining wildlife. Provide a "hotline" for animal related issues.
