Dog Walking Program - organize and train volunteers to walk shelter dogs Spay/Neuter Loan Program. Promote spaying and neutering in the North by providing financial assistance where required. Scholarship Program- Education bursary available for students in animal related fields Education Services- Provide educational services to the general public on issues related to pets through advertising, promotion and various community events. Fund Raising- Several events held during the year including the Winter Gala, Dog Ball and Memorial Dog Jog. Shelter Operations- General running of the NWT Shelter that provides food/medical/shelter/care for homeless animals from all over the North.
