We advise and educate the public and municipal governments on the companion animal over-population problem and offere solutions to deal with stray animals and the humane treatment of farm animals. 3. We conduct research and disseminate information to the public and elected officials about the animal welfare problems associated with the trade and ownership of wild and exotic animals.
